Testing Standards for the ETL Sanitation Mark

An ETL Sanitation Mark on Food Service Equipment indicates that equipment is acceptable for use in a commercial food establishment and meets applicable construction, performance and material requirements. The mark also signifies continued compliance with these requirements, through actions such as follow-up inspections at the manufacturer’s production site and standard update notices (SUNs).
